Footshop Poland Launch

Launching in Poland with a new AI Flip brand asset

The Brief

Footshop's full-scale entry into Poland was the culmination of a longer strategic engagement — we'd already helped the brand sharpen its positioning, define its USPs, and deepen the use of its existing brand assets. Now came the big moment: launch the brand in a new market, anchored by a flagship store opening in central Warsaw.

The Work

We developed a new supplementary brand asset — an AI-powered flip effect — woven into the campaign creative. It gave the spots a distinctive visual signature that Footshop still uses in always-on campaigns today.

The Results

The numbers blew past even our most optimistic projections. On Facebook, 25% of viewers watched the spots to the very end. On YouTube, brand lift hit +1.93% — over 530,000 lifted users. Against the benchmark set by the biggest Czech campaign of the year, we delivered CPM 70% below benchmark and an interaction rate 50% higher.

Emboldened by the numbers, the client rolled the "Polish" campaign out to Romania and Czechia, where it proved just as effective.
