Research showed that potential customers of the new online bank ZUNO considered its lack of brick and mortar branches a strong deterrent to opening an account. So when ZUNO’s long-awaited mobile app finally came out, we decided to turn it into a counteroffensive with a campaign showing how ZUNO now has more branches everywhere – in their customers’ pockets.
